Rising from the black, west-facing slopes of the property, Grovedale Olives' 500 trees are hand-picked each year by family and friends as the olives change from green to black.

Our eclectic mix of varieties, Corregiola, Frantoio and Nevadillo Blanco are blended during the crushing process, resulting in a superb fusion of crushed black pepper and cut grass aromas.

This lively oil will add interest to any dish, and is especially stunning with fresh bread, balsamic vinegar and
spiced dhukka.

Grovedale Extra Virgin Olive Oil can be purchased any time of the year via selected outlets across the Yarra Valley.

Alternatively, farmgate sales are welcome by
appointment only.
